Via Apprendista

Each year, Houston Via Colori includes a high school art component that showcases young talent in an area called Via Apprendista.

Participating in Via Apprendista gives local high school students a chance to showcase their work alongside more than 250 artists from across the U.S. and world, AND gives the community a chance to appreciate and cultivate its young talent!

Student winners will have the opportunity to work under the tutelage of an artist mentor, have their work photographed and highlighted in the media, and to attend events along with other budding and professional artists in our city.

We couldn’t be more excited to host this iconic, diverse, and FREE celebration of art and music for our city. We invite Art Teachers and their students to join us in benefiting the Center for Hearing and Speech and taking the road to creativity!
