Once identified and the work begins The Don’t Leave Me Speechless program is designed to bridge the gap for children who are experiencing a temporary lapse in insurance coverage at no cost to the families. The program ensures speech therapy services remain accessible for all.
One of the tools our staff teaches the children is to cup their ear and say "I heard that" when they are working in therapy. You can see they start teaching them this technique from a very early age! This is one infant who definitely won't be speechless!
As part of our Better Hearing and Speech Month campaign, we're focused on raising funds for this program!
