Anat Ronen

anat.jpgAnat is a Houston based self-taught artist, born and raised in the State of Israel. Since 2009, she has created four murals on the Galveston Causeway, each 90 feet long. She has also craftily completed more than a hundred larger and smaller scale murals on highways, commercial spots and in private homes throughout the Houston area, designed dozens of websites and graphic material items and participated in street art festivals.
She has been a Via Colori artist since 2009 - when she represented a radio station. Having a great time, she enthusiastically said yes when offered to participate in the collaborative mural orchestrated by Melanie Stimmel Van Latum in Via Colori 2010 - and was selected to be the featured artist in 2011. In 2012, she was granted a solo exhibition at the Betz Gallery in the Heights, showcasing her newest work "aged".
Anat will be back this year as Linn Energy's Featured Artist and we look forward to seeing more of her fantastic work! Check out her website and her Facebook page!
